Speakers:
Dr. Marcel Boller is a Swiss attorney with 10 years of experience advising pharmaceutical and medtech companies on regulatory compliance, market access, and corporate integrity. As a partner at Werder Viganò, he specializes in Swiss pharma compliance regulations, including HMG, VITH, and the Pharma Code, helping clients navigate legal challenges effectively.
Gabrielle Gardette served as a compliance officer for 20 years in different international pharmaceutical companies. She starts her career in Bern at the Swiss Medicines Agency. Gabrielle holds a pharmacy degree from the University of Lausanne and a doctorate in chemistry from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL).
