Despite our previous Innosuisse research showing a statistically significant link between effective and efficient compliance and corporate success, compliance is still widely perceived as a cost center in many organizations. Many organizations have compliance KPIs (CKPIs). However, these CKPIs tend to focus on activities and inputs (e.g., training completion rate). Consequently, there is a lack of CKPIs that assess compliance’s outcome and impact on organizational success (e.g., training effectiveness score).
Our current Innosuisse project aims to address this issue by identifying and validating success-oriented, decision-relevant CKPIs and incorporating them into an AI-assisted, real-time monitoring dashboard. After an initial workshop with the core project partners, we are now reaching out to ECS in-house compliance practitioners. Thus, we invite all ECS in-house compliance practitioners to an interactive workshop. During the workshop, we will first present the results and key takeaways from the initial workshop. In the second part, we will collaboratively develop new, success-oriented CKPIs using creative, interactive methods. This is your opportunity to contribute your expertise, share your perspective, and help shape the future of compliance measurement.
Attendance at the workshop will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of 25 participants. We therefore suggest registering early.
