The WG Investigations kindly invites you to its next event which will take place on Tuesday, 9 September 2025, at 6pm at the premises of Fachhochschule Graubünden (Room Z0.01; Limmatstrasse 21, 8005 Zurich).
Gerben Schreurs and Anurag Spatzenegger, from Forensic Risk Alliance, will speak about Smart Use of Technology in Investigations (Beyond eDiscovery).
Many of today’s investigations have to be performed against a background of ever-increasing complexity. From a dramatic increase in both the data types and volumes of data, to ensuring compliance with various regulations governing data such as secrecy and privacy, investigators are frequently required to look at how technology can support their work. The reasons for leveraging technology can be many, such as efficiency, maintaining the evidence trail, creating insights that are otherwise difficult to uncover or simply making the life of investigators easier by having automated workflows and ensuring cross border data transfers are not in conflict with law or regulations.
Moving beyond traditional eDiscovery, this presentation will examine how technology can be leveraged to address diverse investigative challenges.
Join Gerben Schreurs and Anurag Spatzenegger from Forensic Risk Alliance as they share insights from years of investigative and tech-driven problem-solving experience. Their keynote will be followed by a panel discussion, moderated by Dr. Roman Huber and Daniel S. Weber, co-chairs of the WG Investigations.
After the presentation, we will meet for drinks and nibbles at a place close by.
We kindly ask you to register* below until 1. September 2025
We look forward seeing you very soon!
