Geneva: The New EU Anti-Corruption Directive: A Game Changer for Companies?
Join the discussion in Geneva on March 17 from 5 till 6.30pm
The European Union’s new Anti-Corruption Directive introduces significant changes that will directly impact private companies and organisations operating in or connected to the EU market.
Companies will need to assess and, where necessary, adapt their policies, procedures, and risk management structures to ensure alignment with the new requirements and to mitigate regulatory and reputational risks.
During this event, Michele Tagliaferri will provide an overview of the Directive’s key provisions and outline the practical steps companies should consider in preparation. The presentation will be followed by an interactive Q&A session moderated by Claudia Götz Staehelin and Patrick Wellens.
Participants will gain:
- A clear understanding of the Directive’s core elements
- Insight into the practical compliance implications for private companies
- Guidance on proactive measures to align with the new regulatory landscape.
