How Companies Use Reporting Mechanisms to Build Transparency and Trust: Insights from the Whistleblowing Report 2025

Location: FHGR Standort Zürich | Limmatstrasse 21 | Zürich | Room Z.0.03

Date/Time: November 25, 2025, from 5.00 to 6.30p.m.

Speaker: Christian Hauser, Professor, University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons.

Recently, prominent Swiss organizations such as RUAG, Nestlé, and the World Economic Forum (WEF) have been in the news due to whistleblower cases. But what about the situation across the economy as a whole? Companies are constantly at risk of illegal or unethical behavior within their organization or supply chain. The key question is therefore: How can reports be gathered to prevent scandal rather than cause it? The fourth Whistleblowing Report examines the role of whistleblowing and complaints offices in Swiss companies. For the study, 320 Swiss companies and a total of 2,200 companies in six additional countries were surveyed. This session will provide insights into the findings. The Q&A session will be moderated by Patrick Wellens.

As the number of participants is limited to 30, we suggest registering early. However, please only register if you are certain that you will be able to attend. Otherwise, you will prevent someone else from registering.
