ECS members, members of the legal and compliance community and others with an interest are invited to join us in Geneva on 8 June at 17:00h to discuss best practices for codes of conduct and aligning multiple stakeholder demands.
Our panel of experts will be asked to consider topics such as:
- Best practices for developing codes of conduct.
- How to align employee, supplier, and partner codes.
- Can global codes truly work across all cultures and regions?
- What happens when donor expectations conflict with local realities?
- Are organizations over-regulating behaviour at the expense of trust?
- Should INGOs adopt more private-sector style compliance structures—or resist them?
