Creating and sustaining an ethical culture in organizations requires hard work that is never done. However, if managed well, it yields massive benefits for organizations that truly value ethics—particularly by strengthening ethical leadership and fostering an ethical voice.

In her Integrity Talk, Linda Klebe Treviño will share actionable insights from her award-winning research on anchoring integrity within an organization’s leadership team. She will also discuss how to create an environment in which employees feel empowered to speak up and openly address ethical challenges.

In 2026, Linda Klebe Treviño received the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award from the Organizational Behavior Division of the Academy of Management (AOM). The award recognizes her four decades of pioneering research on ethical and unethical conduct in organizations.
