Proactive Monitoring through Effective Metrics

The hosts David Hayday and Patrick Wellens will facilitate a workshop where participants can exchange ideas and brainstorm on corruption risks and data points that could be used to identify and proactively mitigate such risks. The aim of the workshop is to provide participants with a list of metrics that they could start implementing into dashboards or similar to flag potential areas of increased risk.

David Hayday is head of Ethics & Compliance at Takeda Pharma AG, where he supports local Swiss operations. He has experience in global compliance risk assessments and was previously an Internal Auditor, and has been working in the pharmaceutical industry for almost 20 years.

Participation will be limited to the first 25 registrations. If you can’t make it to the workshop anymore, please inform David Hayday or Patrick Wellens as soon as possible so that this space can be given to someone else.
