On 29 November 2024, the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) issued a form for applications regarding the release of frozen assets and/or economic resources pursuant to Article 15, paragraph 5 of theSwiss Ordinance on Measures in Connection with the Situation in Ukraine. The form, requisite information, and criteria for applications under Article 15, paragraph 5 of the Ordinance are available online on the SECO’s website pertaining to exemption applications.
