The Ethics and Compliance Initiative (ECI) conducted polls of its members to understand how organisations have been impacted by and have adapted to the COVID-19 pandemic. The surveys explored the adoption of work-from-home operations, return to work plans, impacts on employees and the E&C function and the organisation.
