New handbook on Swiss corporate compliance

Corporate compliance is one of the most discussed topics of our time, both in large companies and in SMEs. A new Swiss Handbook on Corporate Compliance written by practitioners (only in German) aims to show what the legal framework conditions are, what practical issues arise in internal investigations and how companies can best cooperate with the authorities. It is scheduled to go on sale in summer 2022 and can already be pre-ordered.
