Chiara is the Head of Compliance Program and Projects at Holcim, where she leads global compliance initiatives with a strong focus on program development, process automation, and digital transformation. She is an Italian-qualified lawyer with more than fifteen years of experience in compliance, data protection, and regulatory roles across multinational organizations. Prior to joining Holcim, Chiara served as Head of Compliance and Group Data Protection Officer at Swissport, where she led enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and data protection functions. Earlier in her career, she held senior compliance and data privacy roles at AXA, including Head of International Compliance and Data Privacy, and began her professional career in private legal practice in Italy.

Chiara graduated from the Second University of Naples, where she obtained both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law. She is admitted to practice law in Italy and has completed executive education at the Ivey Business School.
