On 8 September 2022, the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research (EAER) amended Annexes 8 and 23 of the Swiss Ordinance on Measures in Connection with the Situation in Ukraine. Three natural persons were newly included in Annex 8. The list of goods to strengthen the industry in Annex 23 was also updated. The measures entered into force on 9 September 2022 at 6 p.m.
