The Swiss Internet Governance Forum IGF is the Swiss spin-off from the UN Internet Governance Forum, in which stakeholders discuss on the definition of rules of the Internet. The fifth edition of the Swiss IGF will take place on 28 September 2020 in virtual form. According to the organisers, the topics will focus on the interaction between digitalisation and climate change, the challenges of digital markets and internet platforms, the role of libraries in the information society as well as cyber security and cybercrime. Online registration is possible until 22 September 2020.
