Ethics and Compliance Switzerland

Ethics and Compliance Switzerland (ECS) is a unique cross industry not for profit organization in Switzerland. ECS welcomes compliance officers and anyone interested in the compliance discipline including regulators, risk professionals, in-house counsel, auditors, board members and those who work with or supervise compliance functions.

In addition to individual members, ECS currently has the following organizational members: Nestlé, Givaudan International, Swisscom, Holcim Groups Service Ltd, Agon Partners Compliance, Bayer Consumer Care,  BDO, Business Keeper, EQS  Group / Intergrity Line, Infront Sports & Media AG, Institute for International Business Law, Waldewyss AG, Koenig Bauer Banknote Solutions, Nachrichtendienst des Bundes NDB, Niederer Kraft & Frey, Tillotts Pharma AG and the Basel Institute on Governance.

ECS Membership

ECS is a not-for-profit association dedicated to promote the cross sectorial discussion of compliance topics amongst its members and compliance practitioners.

Communication and exchange is enabled on different platforms including traditional face to face meetings, internal and public events and via online publishing.

ECS puts great emphasis on being inclusive and welcomes active stakeholder involvement in its future development and setting of priorities. We are looking forward to developing ECS with you.
