Monthly lab September: Compliance program effectiveness

Dear working group colleagues, we welcome you to the September Monthly lab where we will discuss and exchange on the topic of compliance program effectiveness.

Compliance departments implement processes and controls and conduct many activities. The question is not how efficient your activities are but how effective your compliance management system is.

We would like to hear from working group practitioners’ what methodology , tools or KPIs you use to evaluate the effectiveness of your compliance program.
