On 16 January 2025, the Swiss Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research (EAER) updated the document ‘Interpretative Guide to Sanctions’ («Auslegungshilfe für Sanktionsmassnahmen»). The changes can also be viewed in the correction mode.
