Roman Huber is a Partner with the Swiss law firm Kellerhals Carrard, Zurich. Roman specialises in complex domestic and crossborder litigation and international commercial arbitration. He also represents private and corporate clients in whitecollar crime matters and in administrative and regulatory litigation, in particular enforcement and other regulatory proceedings and assists clients in internal investigations. He has gained particular experience in the Banking and Finance as well as in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries. Roman has an in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, based on his prior experience at a major Swiss Bank and at the Enforcement Division of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).

In parallel to his work at Kellerhals Carrard, he is a lecturer at the University of St.Gallen (HSG).
