With over 25 years of experience in industry and top management consulting firms, Victoria has deep expertise across the life sciences value chain—from R&D and clinical trials to commercialization and post-market pharmacovigilance. Victoria has led complex forensic investigations and has been instrumental in developing and implementing best-practice solutions to address ESG infractions, fraud, bribery and corruption, human rights violations, and sanctions. Her work spans preventive risk mitigation and compliance program enhancement to effective detection strategies and post-incident remediation, helping organizations meet stringent regulatory requirements. Victoria regularly contributes to industry discussions as a guest lecturer and speaker at international compliance and life sciences conferences. Victoria is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified in ESG Fraud.
